Implants mirror the size of a patients natural root, and is as strong, if not stronger that the patients original tooth. The implant is placed in the patients jawbone under local anesthesia and allowed to heal and integrate into the bone. Once the healing process is completed, the patient returns to our office and we can then restore the implant with a new tooth. Believe it or not, there is very little pain associated with implant placement, especially when bone grafting procedures are not necessary.

The beauty of implant placement is that it prevents the misalignment of the adjacent teeth, they restore chewing function, and they help a person smile with confidence. There is no longer the need to be weary of missing teeth in your smile, or wondering or your denture will come out when you are eating dinner. Dental implants are changing the way people live. With them, people are rediscovering the comfort and confidence to eat, speak, laugh and enjoy life.
